He was born in Madrid, Spain, in 1966. He received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Madrid, Spain, in 1991 and 1998, respectively. In 1994, he joined the Department of Electrical Engineering where he is currently an Associate Professor. His field of interest includes high frequency modeling of magnetic components and non-linear load modeling and simulation.
