The space company Thales Alenia Space – España (TAS-E) has organised the Technoday workshop, a one-day forum held in multiple demo-rooms, with the awareness of the Technical achievements originated in the different Departments of the Company, and its associated Research Partners. The Digital systems Group of CEI collaborates with TAS-E in a project to analyse the extent of the possibilities of applying reconfiguration techniques in space applications. A demo on the possibilities of such techniques to build an autonomus, fully adaptive and self-healing evolvable HW system for image processor applications was done, with great interest by the attendees.
