English is the official language of the conference. Manuscripts in PDF format must be electronically submitted for blind peer review through EasyChair or by sending the paper via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if an unexpected web access problem is encountered before the deadline for submission.
Each manuscript should conform to the IEEE Template for Conference Proceedings: single-spaced, double-column, A4 page. Manuscripts are limited to 6 pages, including the complete text, all figures, tables and references. In order to conduct a blind review, no indication of the author’s names and affiliations should appear in the submitted manuscript, references included.
