Call for Papers in PDF version

English is the official language of the conference. Manuscripts in PDF format must be electronically submitted for blind peer review through EasyChair or by sending the paper via email (dcis2014@etsii.upm.es) if an unexpected web access problem is encountered before the deadline for submission.

Each manuscript should conform to the IEEE Template for Conference Proceedings: single-spaced, double-column, A4 page. Manuscripts are limited to 6 pages, including the complete text, all figures, tables and references. In order to conduct a blind review, no indication of the author’s names and affiliations should appear in the submitted manuscript, references included.
