Kick-off meeting of our new Spanish national project “Platino”

Some of our researchers have assisted to the kick-off meeting of our new coordinated project funded by the Spanish Government and called “Platino”. This new project is about precision agriculture, including relevant technologies as FPGAs, Wireless Sensor Networks, Expert Systems, hyperspectral images, embedded intelligence, drones, and cloud computing, among others. Several Spanish Universities collaborate in this project: Universidad Politecnica de Madrid (UPM), Universidad de Cantabria (UC), Universidad de las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC), and Universidad de Castilla la Mancha (UCM).
