The institution offers two different Ph.D. positions at Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Institute for Information Technology and Communication, Chair of Hardware-Oriented Technical Computer Science. The first position is related to the field of heterogeneous computing, reconfigurable systems, and hardware acceleration of database systems (more information here). The second position is in the field of on-chip communication architectures (especially Net-work-on-Chips), heterogeneous 3D-System-on-Chips, and embedded systems (more information here).
